Solution
Although this project is still awaiting funding, our project developed a fully executable scope of work for the rehabilitation of the space. Extensive surveying and materials research plans for the repair and restoration of the plaster, historic paint stenciling schemes with gold leaf, stained glass window and laylight repairs, wood wainscoting, cork flooring, and historic furniture to return the room to its original grandeur. The firm has been heavily involved in finding financial assistance through grants and capital fund raising campaigns to fund this project.
