Seza Khorozian
Architectural Associate

Seza Khorozian is an architectural designer and historic preservation professional with a Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Notre Dame. Her interests focus on the preservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, with particular attention to traditional materials, craftsmanship, and building technologies. 

Her academic and professional experience includes architectural design, historic documentation, preservation research, and the study of traditional construction practices. Her graduate thesis at Notre Dame examined the historic Old Music Hall at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, exploring the relationship between architectural preservation and building acoustics. She is particularly interested in the continued life of historic buildings and in developing thoughtful, technically informed approaches to their preservation. 

Outside of work, Seza enjoys playing the violin, listening to and exploring classical music, practicing traditional handcrafts, and spending time with family and friends. Her appreciation for music, craftsmanship, and historic places continues to shape the way she approaches architecture and preservation.
