Jill Bailey is ICA's Office Coordinator/Manager with extensive professional expertise in Front Facing Client Care. Jill is dedicated to supporting the firm's mission of excellence through her strong passion for internal & external client communication, problem-solving, social responsibility, and teamwork.

Most recently, Jill provided high-level front office support to Edgewood High School in Madison where her two fun-loving boys are currently enrolled.

Jill holds a BA in Music from Northern Illinois University and has been singing with the Madison Symphony Chorus for over 10 years with staunch support from her husband John.

Fun Fact: Jill recently helped launch the local Monona, WI low power FM 98.7 WVMO radio station by writing and recording jingles!
